Testimonials

They talk about it.

Published only with the consent of the people concerned.

“The mental side of football is often underestimated. I have been working on it with AU MENTAL for a year now, and they have helped me enormously to grow. If I can give one piece of advice: don't neglect your mental side. Work on it as much as your physical and technical game.”

BMBeni MpanzuFootballer · FC Dordrecht

“I used to do everything for my son. Thanks to AU MENTAL, I learned to let go and give him more responsibility. It completely changed the dynamic at home, as well as his performance on the pitch.”

HBHajar Ben-AhmedMother of a young footballer

“I wanted to thank you for taking the time to write to my son this weekend. I'm convinced it did him good. You had already prepared him well on Friday morning, which helped him stay focused even though he clearly wasn't among the coach's first choices in the opening matches of the tournament. I could see he kept smiling and, as a result, he was able to seize his chance and make a difference as soon as it came.”

What we track

What we track, and how.

With each athlete, we define at the start what needs to change, then we cross-check several sources: what the athlete feels, what we observe in training and matches, repeated questionnaires and, where useful, cognitive tasks. A questionnaire is not a diagnosis.
